The low-weight, go-anywhere XR. The lightest of Hondas serious enduro machines. The long-reigning king of enduros Pro-class and the hero of off-road fanatics across the globe, the awe-inspiring Honda dynamic XR250R.
Kayaba 41mm hybrid cartridge fork uses tin-wall extruded aluminium tubes with bonded bottom - case units which closely overhang below the axle to reduce ground contact in ruts.
Primary kickstarting with an automatic camshaft - integrated decompression system for easy starts. Also fitted with a supplemental manual decompressor.
Aluminium box-section swingarm has snail-type chain adjusters. The heavy duty O-ring-sealed chain reduces maintenance.
